Notify us within 28 days of delivery.

Condition Requirements

Products must be:

  • Complete and suitable for resale
  • Unused and in the condition it was received
  • Packaging should not be damaged or marked if opened for inspection
  • Items should include original packing and accessories

Refund Process

Customers arrange and pay for return shipping. Once received undamaged and unused, the company processes refunds.

Important Note

Products will remain the responsibility of you until they are received by us. Goods returned in poor condition face charges up to the full invoice value.
